Mr. Jimmy Loh has over 30 years of diversified and progressive experience in Information Technology arenas. He has a successful record of introducing innovative ideas and solutions to a wide spectrum of projects and businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Management and a Master of Science in Information System Technology from the George Washington University in Washington DC.
He has participated in many venture companies in the Greater Washington area. His investment portfolio included Bio Technology, IT, E-commerce, real estate, restaurants and other fields. Through many of these investments’ opportunities, extensive contacts have been established in the VC and PE fields in the Greater Washington area and throughout United States.
Mr. Loh devoted himself to social and public welfare undertakings. Mr. Loh was the President of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of the Greater Washington DC from 2011-2014. He is also currently an advisor to both the North America and World Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce. Through this powerful organization, he was able to connect with many international businessman and businesswoman throughout the world. Mr. Loh is the current President of the Rho Psi society, this non-profit group gives out more than $60,000 of scholarship to the middle school and high school students in Leadership, Science and Technology, Arts, Sports, Public speaking, and need-based categories each year. In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys playing golf. He is currently the President of the US Chinese golfers association (USCGA). He works together with the Chinese Culture and Community Service Center (CCACC) to host the annual golf tournament fundraiser to provide funding for the Pan-Asian Volunteer Health Clinic (PAVHC)

Dr. Yidong Chen is a leading research scientist in the bioinformatics field. He earned his Ph.D degree in Imaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. Dr. Chen has been working in computational biology and genomics research for more than 20 years, at both the National Institute of Health and the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. His research and study is specialized in bioinformatics, computational modeling and biostatistics in the area of next-generation sequencing and other high-throughput technologies and their applications to gene expression, DNA copy number alteration, SNP detection in cancer diagnosis and treatment. In the past 20 years of research since the beginning of microarray technology, Dr. Chen has led efforts to develop cutting-edge technologies capable of handling big data to support the science that links genes to cancers.

In 2012, he joined Microsoft's artificial intelligence department and to become the head of research and development director for Microsoft's AI assistant Cortana. In March 2017, he found the Taiwan AI Labs and lead the artificial intelligence development in Taiwan industry.
